    Protein Oatmeal Choc Chip Cookies
    These cookies are absolutely delicious and we are sure you wont be able to stop at just one. They are packed with protein and so easy to make. Perfect for die hard gym junkies who are looking for a sweet snack to give them that boost of energy they need with the added benefit of 35gms of protein in every jar. It's ok you'll burn that sugar off at your next training session. You will make over 20 cookies with every jar, it all depends on how big you roll them. Flour, Milk Choc Chips, Organic Rolled Oats, White Choc Chips, White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Plant Protein Powder, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt
    • Preheat oven to 175 degrees and prepare a baking tray with baking paper
    • Pour the contents of jar into a large bowl
    • Mix dry ingredients breaking up any lumps
    • In a separate bowl mix together 150gms melted butter, 2 eggs (lightly beaten) and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    • Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix until well combined
    • Roll cookies into 1 inch balls, press down slightly and place on baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes
    • Allow to cool on tray
    • Enjoy!!
